So the most important event in Sports is starting this friday with Germany vs. Costa Rica and Poland vs. Ecuador. The World Cup this year could possibly be the best we've seen since the late 70's. Brazil is Dominant as always, Italy looks very strong this year with there grouping and England just declared Wayne Rooney fit to play. I think this ( Read more... )

I've never really watched soccer, but I've watched the highlights and watched a couple games this time around, so I can be a douche and say that you were like so off man. I don't think any of those teams are still left in the tournament aside from Germany.

But how do you follow soccer, as you so apparently do? I never see any games on aside from an occasional MLS game on ESPN 2 (aside from the WC)

Yeah none of my teams made it. France & portugal play tomorrow and the winner of that game plays Italy for the cup. Me and my room mate have "fox soccer channel" which is awesome cause it's just 24/7 soccer.
