Those are excellent goals, well within your reach and designed to really make both of you happy (as well as walking softly on the earth). Now for a recommendation. Print this out and put it somewhere where you will look at it in five years to see how well you've done. It can be a pleasant surprise to see how many goals have been achieved without conscious thinking, and can also help redirect if necessary.
