Frustration

I finally gave in and asked my teachers about when I get the next installment of my student loan.  Oddly enough, I got a straight enough answer.  Check student aid B.C's site and they'll tell me. Sounds simple enough, right?

Wrong.

So, when I go to login, it asks for my loan number.  I go and check the e-mails they sent me when I was given the loan
