I adore the way you describe Esca in this--his clothes, his actions--I'm ready to jump all over him just like Marcus. And I also really liked Esca's explanation of why to have a tattoo--I never thought of it that way, but it's a lovely idea. Mmmmm, I can just imagine the session when Esca finally gets to mark Marcus!

Aw, shucks! ^///^ Thanks so much! I'm really glad you liked my characterization! This Esca was incredibly fun to write and I absolutely adored him. :D

My brother and I have had several long conversations about the right reasons to get a tattoo since my mom mostly disapproves of it, and I mainly just distilled those into what he said. :)

Oh yes! I have given that subject extensive thought too. :P
