tonight I saw Bill Lee speak and the Pointed Sticks play. Bill Lee is not only a phenom of a pitcher but he's one of the best story tellers - ever. He has stories about Pete Rose's dad, Michael Jordan ruining baseball for the inner city, pitching high and his 12 year old daughter, who he thinks will become a table dancer.

I got a call from the Milano Graduate School for Urban Policy about scheduling an interview for admission tonight. The guy who called was actually Canadian and we got to talking about what it feels like to be a Canadian in New York.
