you could always scrap the big plans and go for small and sweet--or wild and crazy--whatever. no sense in completely alienating them... give them something at least to take pictures of and drool over when they start to forgive you for obliterating the extremely boring catholic bust. and besides... its YOUR wedding! You've been dreaming about it for years! Don't lie and say no, every girl does. enjoy it!
