Let's please remember that the violent ones there are a minority, too -- and certainly nobody in this neighborhood. Christians as a class are no more violent here than Muslims. This was a very Catholic neighborhood in my youth, less so now.

I haven't been aware of any. There was some controversy about whether they would announce the calls to prayer on a speaker, but I don't think they do -- we have ubiquitous clocks now, and people don't need to be called, any more than Catholics at the church a block away need the call to prayer that bells represent.
