I can't agree.

It would just be opening old scars to try Clinton for ignoring the warnings he got about the first WTC bombing.

In this case, not funny. Bush/Cheney and their catamites ignored many, many intelligence memos that a worse attack was imminent, then lied to the American public, lied to the Congress, then from their lies fomented an unconstitutional war on the other side of the planet, upon a country to which we had been allied and to which we had supplied millions of dollars worth of weapons just a few years previously by some of the same officials who now fomented that war, resulting in the murder of thousands of American troops, wounding tens of thousands more, the murder of hundreds of thousands of Iraqis, and the wounding of millions more. There is clear documentation of this.

I know of no documentation of an alleged failure to act on President Clinton's part -- and he made strenuous, if failed, attempts to get bin Laden on multiple occasions afterward.
