My roommate (identified on the internets by the name "Blackey Fontaine") recently linked to this list of the 100 Best English Language Novels from 1923 to the Present (here's his take on TurboAwesome.com). pynchon makes me headachey and sad. Also, fuck Catcher in the Rye right in its stupid ass. for real. Also, Light in August is the only thing Faulkner has written that didn't bore me. Also, I hate literature.

Seriously no Great Gatsby!!! What kind of teacher did you have for Junior AP Lit. The ending is one of the best ever written, I'm inclinded to go with DFW on this one at this time, but I go back and forth between which is my favorite ending of all time.
