Owen is James Bond in the sense of your film textbook/misogny, and Ianto is James Bond in the fashion sense of the character.

HMMMMMMMMMMM...This can only mean one thing...

The real James Bond was killed by a Cyberwoman, who then upgraded and transplanted his brain into Owen and Ianto.

Which, ultimately leads me to the conclusion that Owen and Ianto are both Lisa.
