Exposure to friendly soil bacteria could improve mood by boosting the immune system just as effectively as antidepressant drugs, a new study suggests.

Funny thing is that this study reminds me of an old blog post from nearly 6 years ago.

I was quite happily crawling around the lawn pulling up weeds last week, and I went outside depressed and headachy. I believe it. :)
