MILAN (Reuters) - A Milan teacher cut a unruly 7-year-old pupil's tongue with scissors to silence him, police and school officials said on Tuesday.

It's deploarable behavior. Seriously, I don't care how 'poorly' the child is acting - that's not just a fireable offense, in my book, but also grounds for serious jail time.

As a former special education teacher, I've seen kids at their worst. But, I mean ... damn. That's ruthless.
