You know, there were a big group of people that had the theory that mum was Autistic...It makes sence in many ways. I think that many people with really high IQ's can have ways that seem very much like functioning adult autism.

Having met you mum, I would suggest that it more than likely Asperger's

Oh I agree, Asperger's is the prime candidate *nodnod* The research is just all so damned ambiguous. I used to think it was Narcissistic Personality Disorder, but Aspergers/Autism is closer.
