latest PSA result

I'll see my urologist a week from Tuesday. Let's see if I can't shrink my prostate tumor and put the cancer into remission.

Big changes in your life since I was last here. Sounds like you are doing really good things to care for yourself, that's an impressive test result.

To read the backstory click here I'll see my urologist in 10 days, and by then I'll update my list of supplements. Diet-wise I've eliminated all animal fat (meaning no dairy cheese or ice-cream) except for fish oil and have increased my consumption of soy products.

Non-health changes include writing book reviews for NY Journal of Books.com and journalism for examiner.com. Like many others I've migrated to Facebook but still post here mostly through Posterous.

Thanks, I'll check out the backstory.

How do you like working for the examiner? I have a friend who was thinking about trying it.

examiner.com is a way to build a portfolio of stories and an audience, but the pay is insulting.
