On Friday some of the symptoms I experienced during my October infection reoccurred, and I've been back on Cipro since Friday night. The symptoms are diminished somewhat, and I'm waiting for my urologist to reply to my email. When I saw him three weeks ago he told me that this is now a vulnerable area, and he would not be surprised if the infection

I remember when the salad greens thing happened. Is it possible that you haven't even run into that same green in 2-3 years? I'm honestly concerned that your whole system is getting increasingly delicate and unstable. Hopefully Mr. Obama's crew will get the stem cell R & D started immediately.

Thanks, Beth. For the past two years I've been avoiding little greens and limiting my salads to Romaine, Red Cabbage, and shredded carrots. Throughout the meal I was constantly sneezing although the restaurant was clean and there were no apparent environmental allergies. OTOH allergies are a disorder of the immune system, and mine is certainly vulnerable. I hope while trying to fix the economy our new government can spare some attention and $ for medical research.
