A Pensive Post

Is there ever a time when things aren't rushed, when a thousand different tasks, commitments, projects, and such aren't clamoring for our attention?  I mean, yeah, okay -- vacation.  But I'm not sure that counts.  This isn't even a particularly crazed time, but it feels like I've got too many things to do and not enough hours in the day ( Read more... )

Thanks, Sherwood. Yes, my wife and I do a lot of laughing, often at the expense of our children, who will understand in, oh, 25 years or so.

I think we have times like you describe...but we have glorious times, too. Times filled with wonder and joy...even the small wonders and joys that comes from loving our families.

That makes it all worthwhile.
