From Brum and Rugby To The World

Following comments from kabuldur I thought I do a musical post. I was born in Rugby, 12 miles from Coventry and 30 miles from Birmingham.
So here are some bands from the Midlands.

Probably just as well you didn't get into Spacemen 3 because that way lies drugs by the sounds of it.

He (J Spaceman) survived all that and now lives in East London with partner and two children. He was born in 1965, whilst moi was 1956.

But you were right about the drugs except that Rugby did hae a large Jamaican population near the station and i went to reggae partiesin the late seventies where the air was thick with the smoke of ganja and some of the biggest spliffs I have seen. And yes, I did smoke some of the collie weed.

Hehe, you are just a baby, born in 1956. Two years younger than me :) You were born in the same year as my Virgoan sister :)

That's okay of you smoked some weed but not too much. It's the stronger stuff that can lead you into trouble.
