I like microwaving it till just underdone and then shredding it in a cheese grater before frying it. yum! also, if you cut up veggies and leave them in the fridge you can have an instant omelet or scrambled eggs side dish--mmm!

That does sound rather delightful! I usually cut up the vegatables right before cooking the omlet, although I'll probably start precutting them. I also like to put pasta sauce on the omlet, and sometimes I have it over rice. It sounds odd, but it tastes rather good.

A few other things! Tess and I are planning on carpooling to homecoming. Are you planning on going this year? Also, we should do some sort of cooking thing at some point. You're perfectly welcome to invite that cool physics person that we went to the movie with.

I haven't gotten a response back yet. I think I may have confused Friday and Monday. I did feel that interview last Friday went well, though. I think that I had what they were looking for, and the people in the place just had a nice vibe about them. I suppose that first impressions can be misleading, but it seemed as if it would be a pretty decent place to work.
