I like macrophotography. And by like, I mean its one of the first things I wanted to do with a camera. One of the first lenses I bought for my SLR kit was a Tamron 90mm lens, which is perfect for plants, and excellent for insects. Hehehe, must be the day for lenswank. ;o)
When my 85mm f1.4 arrives, I'm going to have a look what happens when I use it with my extension tubes. The effects are pretty impressive on the 50mm already.

The effects won't be as good. You'll need more extension to get the same effect they give on the 50mm. You'll get more working distance however, which is always useful.
