This weekend was a late Christmas with my parents. I ducked out of work at around 4ish on Thursday, to get the train up to Birmingham International, meet up with keris and eventualy have a rather bumpy flight over to Belfast.

Sounds the perfect way to beat that mid-afternoon slump! Not sure how it would go down at work though. :-)

We do have a shower in here, I should bring in a towel, and realise my life of luxury.

I now have a fine mental image of the famous Sausage Fish; a bit hard to catch but very easy to prepare.

You most definitely do. Do it on a dry pan, and once cooked add some butter and sugar both inside and out to sweeten it up (Doesn't need too much)

I always insist on my Mum making lots of it when I go back to N.I.
