First up some news that is shiny and ace - my little sister just got engaged!

For obvious reasons she felt a little awkward telling me, but she needn't have worried - I'm really pleased for them - her fiancee, Adam is a really nice guy who takes good care of her and I couldn't be more pleased for them :)

It's in Middlewood, about five minutes walk from the end of the tram line and yes, its an amazing place - have to come visit us sometime :)

I will! I will! Please believe me when I say I want to come and see you. I've actually got two trips to Sheffield planned at the moment (but my last two planned trips came to nothing because people here have a habit of springing "must attend" meetings on me at the very last minute.)
I'll hopefully be in Shef Nov 18-21/2 and Dec 27/8 - Jan 2/3. And hopefully see you at some point then. I was trying to blag an invite from longhairedhippy for the Thursday night (18 Nov), if I can get down early enough. I'll be staying with CJ, so it depends on her a bit, too.
