I think I know 3 of them from the tv show category.

#2 I want to say is the Colbert Report. I'm thinking there's several comedy type news shows, but as far as I'm aware this is the better known one.

#7 Without a doubt is Legends of the Hidden Temple. Good thing Arsonic got the irc chat on that LotHT kick last summer.

#10 sounds like Whose Line is it Anyways. Drew Carey had his own sitcom. Don't remember Wayne Brady or that bald guy in it, but I do know at least one of them was an actor in it.

#8 feels like a 90s show from Nickolodean but can't place it for the life of me.

#8 is an old game show from Nickelodeon- It's even part of the title. Was hosted by that guy from Reading Rainbow and later generations of Star Trek.
