Day Ten - Trismus

When: early afternoon, after patroling for a bit.

Summary: Tris bumps into Remus (or the other way 'round) while they're patrolling for the Riverfellians. Remus semi-orders Tris (or at least, that's how he takes it) not to confront Piteraq if he comes

Remus was more or less patrolling the halls, looking for people to spread the word to that there was a possible intruder outside. So he was warning the people who were either remaining inside, or who were coming back in. Hadn't met many so far.

He glanced over his shoulder at Tristan's approach, shooting him a grin. "Hey," he said lightly. How goes patrolling? Did you run..." he trailed off, a frown crossing his features, "...run into anyone suspicious?"

"I'm not answering that while you're frowning at me," he informed Remus as he moved closer to him. "Do I smell?" he asked with a grin. "I did meet someone on the beach, but she was just a newcomer. Got her all squared away in the hall."

He wondered if Remus was for or against hugs in public, and reasoned that he was for it himself, so he slipped his arms around Remus - unless the other wolf was completely unreceptive.

Remus chuckled slightly, returning the embrace and pressing a light kiss to Tristan's forehead. "I wasn't frowning at you," he explained, before his expression sobered. "I received word that the agent from Riverfell has been spotted. Just wanted to be sure you hadn't run into any... trouble."

"Suppose I should have started with this though," he teased lightly, resting his forehead against the other wolf's. "I'll try to get my priorities sorted out a little better."

"You'd better," he teased him before he tilted his head to claim Remus' lips softly. "But no, I didn't see anyone that gave me any trouble." He paused. "But you should avoid Kat, because she's being exceptionally pissy about something that she isn't talking about. I bumped into her near the orchard a bit ago. I really thought she was going to hex me. And I hadn't even done anything!"

Yet, anyway. "What about you? Any trouble in here?"
