Additionally, those theories only apply to the fifth game. Ushiromiya Eva, for example, could have easily been the culprit during the third game. Kanon, a servant of the family, is a prime suspect in the second. The methods, motives, and order of death change with every game.

All I have seen thus far is extremely violent behavior. Not a week after my arrival a town-wide riot took place, and the murders happened in retaliation. So, from my perspective, events like this occur very often. However, my perspective is imperfect, as I have not been here long enough to properly gauge the town's regular behavior.
