So let me start out on a happier note (the bitching come later)

I am so excited to be an RA, and do cool stuff for my residents, and....wow, I can't wait for even the boring stuff like training (at least, the stuff that's supposed to be boring... I almost never find it so.)

That said, WHY did no one mention

I dont want a drabble..I don't even know what that is. That being said... I wanted to comment that you are super creative and amazing when it comes to pressure...no doubt that was a factor in you becoming the RA...people have faith in you!
