Well, did you get my message about the Crimson Terror being all ... y'know. Terror-y? Up on the Alliance? They think I'm you. Or, well, not you. But you as in the leader. Beyond that ... [ she ducks her head a little. ] Been kinda busy. Not one for keeping up these days.

[She frowns] The Crimson - hold on. [Her eyes stop focussing on the camera as she pulls up Buffy's message, and then curses under her breath as she listens to it]

Wonderful. Next thing you know, the Sith are going to start targeting all women with green eyes, or the Republic are going to lock up everyone of a height with me. [She closes her eyes, takes a breath] I - sorry, Buffy. The Terror should have been bloody well taken care of after that fiasco with Emer - they must have missed a cell. Or they're re-establishing. I'll look into it, at any rate.

[She hesitates for a moment. After everything that's happened...] Buffy, I'm not - comfortable, with the idea of you being a target like that. If something were to happen to you because maniacs mistook you for me...

You mean no one's explained--? She's insane, but she's very cunning. Please don't feel bad for that. You weren't being used to draw me out, she was...I was using myself to draw her out. I promised I would hand myself over to her so that she'd resurface for us to capture her. We - I - didn't take into account the possibility of a hostage situation. Or, I did, but the results of my planning were what ended up happening. She was trying to use you to ensure my good behaviour.

It's permanent most places, from my understanding - even here. It's only Outworlders who are able to return. Ordinary citizens aren't.

It's all right! There's no need to apologise, really. I know well enough how difficult being the person watching someone else die it, too. And - there's no debt between us, Lion-O. It didn't cost me anything more than my time to help you, and I apparently have more than enough of that, in this place.
