I think it's more than coincidental that hospitals are bombed, scientists and doctors go missing, the blame is laid on us, and then only a few weeks later a bloody plague breaks out, yes. We come back to life; the ordinary citizenry doesn't. Wouldn't it be ever so convenient if large swathes of people were wiped out while the Outworlders once again stay relatively untouched?
