Okay, first of all? King-sized understatement. Second of all, if you're protecting werewolves, that's one thing. The kind that aren't trying to perform whatever ritual of the week to bring about the Apocalypse or eat or kill or sacrifice lots of people? Go for it.
Protecting vampires and other generally non-soul-y demon types? Not as okay. They look like people, but they're not people people.
Maybe not in your world but ours are pretty different. And considering one of my mom's oldest friends is a vampire, she'd have something to say about that.
It's not about this obsession with worlds! Why are you not the first person to try and sell me that? It's about good and evil, and unless you've got a spare soul lying around to shove inside of one, vampires are evil. I've dusted enough of them to know.
