[A little bedraggled Flynn pops up. He's been a bit busy, making sure Tron was taken care of, on account of somebody totally unused to a human body

I see. Do you have any idea if everybody in those apartments has been accounted for and... cared for, if there is need? I mean, I guess not everybody was home.
They do. I'm not clear on how that would help them-- [small sigh] My name's Flynn. I'm helping out at one of the medical facilities, near complex D, right now. If anybody you know still needs to be taken care of and they're not sure where yet, you can direct them here. [it's what being stuck without a doctor for a thousand years does. Damage he can deal with, especially with how much help there is from the droids]
Shepard. They'll figure out that most of us just want to get home and continue to bother them anymore, but until then... [shrug] Will do. Do you know how many were injured?
I always thought causing damage like that ... if they're going to do it, at least they should have some objective. Otherwise, the potential retaliation, even in so little as losing support base, should make it not worth it.
And I don't know yet. The info reads that there were explosions in all the residence complexes except the newest one. That brings the potential to... substantial.
[Can be seen sitting in a medbay bed, looking as if he accidentally triggered the video feed while trying to simultaneously figure out the interface of the thing and converse with the medical "metal-Program" that continues to insist he rest, Sir"-once I have some answers, first. I will rest later. I'm not accustomed to just sitting back and

[Flynn's still laughing when he shows up in the medbay area where Tron is.]
Man. None of us ever do the patience very well, do we. Come on, let's see how you've woken up this time. [and check on readouts. Because while he doesn't understand everything, he can get the gist of it.]
Back to curious, huh? I've not been outside since you showed up, old friend. This device [he points to the datapad] is for communication with people who are not immediately close. It can send message to one or a few people you select, it can broadcast to everybody who has one, which is pretty much everyone, or it can record things for your own use later. It's not exactly as thorough as a disc, that way, but it helps for important things.
And you can find information about things that are around. Which... I should get you a little oriented about that first, at least, hmm?
[Is reclining in a half-sitting position with his arms crossed and a bit of a disgruntled pout on his face when he hears Flynn's voice laughing from outside the room and looks up expectantly as he enters.]
You know me. I never can sit still. At least back home, I could be monitoring the system from my terminals during the rest cycles.
[He nods at Flynn's reassurance that he didn't actually leave while he was out, and then focuses a bit more raptly as he explains the device.] I see. So essentially a...portable terminal? Speaking of disks, I...seem to have...lost mine...I feel a bit out of sorts without it. When will I be able to receive a new one?
[He shrugs at the inquiry to his current well-being, shifting on the bed experimentally.]
As well as can be expected, I suppose. The...droid? She explained that I had uh...corrupted...no. Damaged...or...fractured ribs? Third and fourth, I believe. And she assured me that neither had broken my..."liver" or "lung?" Though the smoke had apparently caused damage when I inhaled it

Mmm. [He'll ask again. In a bit. For now, he sits on the edge of Tron's bed and reaches to clasp his shoulder on the good side. Then his hand strays up, fingers hovering over the hurt face. He'll ask about that, too. Later. For now, there's a softness in his eyes, and a sadness.]
Like a portable terminal, yeah. You should be careful what you share through it or where you try to go using it. Not everybody here is... friendly. Or nice. Or tolerates intrusions in their privacy. Or all of the above.
[His lips twitch a little.] There are no discs, here. You put everything in your memory. In your brain. Hmm... when we're done talking, I'll call up a good visual about the body you have now, in principle. It'll probably help you understand much, and you can ask questions. You can always ask questions.
But for some preliminary information... this is the User world. Or rather, a User world. Not mine. Enough so that some of the rules that I'm used to aren't valid here. And there are others that are valid. We'd call them fantasy or magic,

By the sound of it, they were explosions. I'm not fully acquainted with that sort of thing here, but they took off apartments, rather than buildings. The neighboring suites were affected but not destroyed. I don't know if anyone was targeted in particular in one or more of those apartments, but despite the damage, nobody is reported a fatality.

But to start with. How're you feeling?

Which... isn't all that much help.
