You can post nudity on Facebook, just not publicly, and if your friends flag you for it...remove them for being dumb.

You'd be surprised at the amount of nudity that is on Facebook. You get warnings, but it takes a lot more for them to kick you off.
What kind of nudity were you wanting to post...artistic photography, funny photos, or what?
