As for if Molly has anything on below the frame, it may or may not be a tube top dress. Such theoretical matters are an exercise left to the viewer.

Exactly my point. It's just that we can't see the fluffy white trim just below the camera's view. It's total facebook angle type stuff.

I personally am going to imagine she's got some long gothic black and red dress going on with red trim and a really NICE top hat in one hand ready to put on her head and matching long-armed gloves that stop just above the elbow.
