I'll generalize for now :IN SHORT: Prussia loev Germany. And nothing will really change that. Yeah, they're retarded and they have stupid fights and Germany gets pissy at Prussia for being a shounen retarded dumbass who gets himself into trouble all the time, but that's their thing, mostly. It does not change the fact that Prussia's pretty much willing to do whatever he needs to do for Germany

Prussia likes Klavier in a fellow German way! If Klavier weren't as relaxed as he is most of the time, Prussia would definitely not like him. However, Prussia figures that the nice guy act is only partly honest because Klavier can be a down right ass about things if he wants to. He just does it in a not-so-asshole-ish way. Which actually amuses Prussia more than anything else.

He's actually not sure what to make of Klavier in terms of him knowing about the whole "I'm a country thing," but since Klavier did look after HRE that one time, Prussia's willing to go with the flow. He also thinks of it as a way to sort of stick it to Apollo, who keeps looking for answers. |D
