It's from Hanazakari no kimitachi e (often shortened to Hanakimi, means "For you in full blossoms"). Yeah I know it is a long way from Christmas but it was a good picture that I scanned, and big enough for layouts. :/

Well, I've seen dogs get teary eyed. :(
