Dean starts out the day just fine. He thinks it's a little weird that he wakes up with morning breath hearing Asia's Heat of the Moment (the latter being more unusual than the former), but who doesn't rise from their mattress with a song in their heart? [ Philip's sense conversion didn't take on quite such a musical note. Where scents disappeared sounds took their place. A wooden floor creaking as he puts a mug of fresh coffee to his lips. Coughs sounding even though the people are long gone and the only thing remaining is the lingering smoke from their cigarettes.

Where the scents are indistinct the sounds too fade into the background. Paper rustling, wind blowing, water dripping down from somewhere Philip can't see. And where the laboratories appeared, where the acidic goo spills, there's a jackhammer droning out everything else. ]

What? I can't hear you, it's too loud here!
