There are a lot of things I could say about my life. But I think I'll let other people say it for me.

PClips (11:45:16 PM): Oh. Well you could do worse than to obtain a lesbian wingman.

Pax41085 (10:19:09 PM): Told you you should have gone [to the chiropractor] earlier ( Read more... )

Finish it up or finish it off? ;)

The dialogue for Monday's was fantastically snappy! Charles seemed really pissy..I wonder if it's because he and his best friend got shot at. >_> The Man's last line seemed especially snappy because it seems that he's usually prone to anachronisms.

Yeah, they're getting a bit punchy. But I think Charles' body language helped, too.

And yeah. I'll finish someone off...

I'm definately doing NaNoWriMo (I even have a plot out line and character ideas!) as is my friend Susan, who is awesome.
She friended you because she thought you sounded cool.
I love Library School!:)

I've friended her for the same reason. :D

She's the one who inspired me to put this icon together.

So what's the idea you're working on?

Facist futuristic US, government control over everything. Librarians as gov't run organizations, subject to the same rules. Unfortunately for the gov't, librarians aren't as docile as they think.
I'm calling it, Buns and Guns or How I learned to stop worrying and over throw the government.
The image of a sligt, sixty year old woman in a bun holding a high powered rifle is just kind of appealing to me.
How about you?

*giggle*

Spaceship sci-fi. The captain of a ship that had enlisted in a war that just ended is compelled to remain in the military for another mission, instead of returning to his family. However, the mission isn't as straightforward as it seems, and it begins to appear that he can't trust his commanding officers, and possibly not his crew either.

Haven't got a name yet. I do have to say, though, "Buns and Guns" evokes a different image in my mind. :P

Hahahaha. I am decidedly not doing NaNo this year. On the plus side, I may get another publication or two submitted by the end of November (at least, I'm planning for my contributions thereof to be done by then), and I may fic a bit in my spare time, so the entire month shouldn't be a creative waste.

I do wish you the best of luck with yours, though, even if I'm privately a little more excited by the thrilling conclusion to Scatterplot. :D

Lesbian wingman, you say? Ever see Chasing Amy?

My other reaction to the situation was "It's like in Chasing Amy, except I'm not such a tool."

And of course the fact that it's not nearly as serious a situation in the first place.
