I bought the Metroid Prime Trilogy for the Wii, even though I've owned, played, and finished all the Metroid Prime games. It's like being reunited with an old friend who has aged even better than you expect

When I played Corruption I kept thinking, "This is the way Metroid was meant to be played." I'm so interested to eventually try Prime, which I adore, with the more freeing control scheme of the Wii :D but that is way too bad about the menu music...
I still sort of like how the unaltered Prime 1 and 2 play, but it is a different experience on the Wii. At least they don't have the silly "push the wiimote toward the screen and turn to open doors" thing.
