Insider tip on answering those multiple choice questions.... those are rating scales for an automated scoring system. The more you can answer with whatever variation of "I am an expert", the higher your basic qualifications score will be and the greater your chance of being referred to the selecting official. Most feds know this and will answer as as expert even if they are not. No one really ever asks you to prove it. Good luck on the job hunt!
Well, yes, I mean, it's obvious what the right answer is - but I'm paranoid enough about getting in trouble that I'm not comfortable going more than one rung above what's a true answer. :-P If I get desperate that could change.
