So even though the whole election thing cheered me up I am still in a lousy mood. I just found out that our car, the only one we have, is having transmission problems. It could cost from 1,000 to 2,000 dollars to replace it. We don't have anywhere near that amount of money. Even if we gave up Thanksgiving and Christmas we still wouldn't make it. I
