James Cameron's movie looks pretty cool, though it's really just a typical "Dances with Wolves" type-plot (also seen in "Enemy Mine" and probably a thousand others I don't know about) where the enemy stranded amongst the locals learns their ways and comes to love them and helps them fight his own kind. And my sci-fi writer in me has a wee problem with the idea that they can make an entire new, functional hybrid body, transfer his consciousness into it, and yet they can't fix a spine injury. And of course the hero is white, and even the blue people actually have Caucasian features, which I'm also not thrilled about. But I bet you didn't really need to know all that, especially if you're talking about the other Avatar movie. :)
AH! Okay, different fandoms. I was wondering why the hell there were Issues with the preview of what I just saw, I feel way better now, ahhahah. I think the problem is that the font looks WAY similar and I had no idea that it existed simultaneously to the airbender movie.
Except now I'm kind of disappointed because Avatar looks seriously *gorgeous* and I want there to have been source material, heh. :\ Thanks!
Glee may not be my favorite show of the year (after all, there's Supernatural), and it may not be the best show of the year, but for me it's the most fun show of the year.
By the way, is it just me, or is this the first episode where Brittany's had more than a single line?
Haha I'm there too with the lack of being around! I remember you, no worries <3
I didn't like Sue at first but I do, now--fairness is big with me, and a lot of her stuff highlights her lack of fairness. But she redeemed herself to me BIG TIME and now I think I can enjoy her character a lot more than I expected at first. A lot of the characters in the beginning that I thought would be caricatures (Quinn, Puck, Sue) turned out to be a lot more than I had expected. I still hate the hell out of Terri though. Heh.

Do you mean Avatar: The Last Airbender? or the movie with the unfortunately similar title by James Cameron? Because the later is coming out in December whereas the former is coming out in 2010.
