We're still two weeks away from the Autumnal Equinox... Christmas is 3 whole months after that, around the Winter Solstice.
I can understand putting a *few* items out if they got a particularly good buy on them, but the entire seasonal section getting re-themed this far out? That just doesn't make sense.
Anyways, they had those cool low-power LED christmas light strings which I had a hard time finding last year, so I picked up a couple boxes of solid colors. I need them for lighting the trim around the base of my hot tub in the backyard.
And now you know why they had the Christmas decorations out in early September.
