I just ran for the first time since June 9th (or so my iPod timer log tells me). Wow. Today was only the second day in three weeks that it hasn't been either thunder storming or 90 degrees out. I only ran about 16 minutes total. Boo

heck yeah! 16 minutes of cardio is waaaaay better than 0 minutes. My mom always said that if you don't have a lot of time, doing two or three 10 minute sessions throughout they day also counts as a 30 min workout! :)
Also, don't forget to pace yourself! If you can't run the whole time, it isn't a failure to walk :)
