I was so goddamn frustrated today but I just smoked a joint so I've calmed down about it all... I just, I was supposed to have my first shift today at the new job and when I got there, the owner wasn't there, and the employees didn't even know he had hired a manager and apparently he didn't get my email saying I could start today, BIG ( Read more... )

It's at the point where there's been so much stress and frustration before I've even officially started that I'm heavily wondering if it's even worth it???
Apparently he wants me to come in for a day shift tomorrow, so I'll give it a chance and see how that goes, but I'm working my way up my last straw... :/

I heart fowl too! Birds are my soul. This was my first time ever seeing a swan in person, too, so I was flipping out. My dream is to have a house on a big property just outside the city with all kinds of peacocks and swans and a little pond. :)

Thank you sir. ;) That's funny, my favourite compliment ever is the word "foxy".

I don't know about you down there but in Southern Ontario we have been having some pretty amazing bike weather lately. I'm trying to take advantage of it as much as possible! Think I'll go for another trip tonight :D

it's been amazingly lovely outdoor weather of late; the only thing precluding my bike rides is a lack of functioning bike. i'm aiming to remedy that this evening, since there's a police unclaimed-bike auction about ten blocks from my house. :)
