I've been sensitive to energies in places too. I few years back I went to visit a friend in Ingersoll and tour her new (well, new to her) house. I could not bear to spend any time in her basement. Odd. I found out later that they had some strange happenings in the house. At one point, they even called in a team of specialists to check the house for ghosts! Turns out they do have a spirit there and, fortunately, it's not malevolent.
