When I went to Curves I enjoyed it while I was there & felt good after, but it was the getting there that was the problem! Once I was there I was happy I went!
See, the cool (and PERFECT) thing is that my gym is located at the transfer point between the two buses I take to get home from work so it is so deliciously convenient, and it prevents me from making excuses to not go :)

You're totally right about the psychological benefits, you know. I've noticed that I've felt more sound and happy since I got into a regular routine. Exercise does wonders for us crazies! ;) xo
good luck! it's wonderful that you're staying on track and going at this at a good pace. working out and eating better in turn makes you feel better & you'll have a whole mind, body, & soul thing happening.

it's really fun.
i joined the gym because it had a pool, but i got into the weights.
i had no idea how whimpy i was before!
i find it to be really beneficial psychologically.
