Cover a cookie sheet with wax paper & cover the tray with graham crackers. Most of the recipes called for soda crackers, but I thought the graham would work better.
Melt a cup of butter with a cup of sugar on the stove. Keep it going until it starts to get brown & frothy.
Pour the mixture over the graham crackers & cover with a bag of chocolate chips. They'll get melty & you'll be able to spread them over the top.
The recipe called for putting it in the oven at a low temp (325) for about 10 minutes, but I didn't do that & just put it right in the fridge.
if you have a Trader Joe's near you that is my favorite place to get snacks and appetizers, they have lots of good frozen stuff that you can bake in like 15 minutes!
I haven't got one of those, unfortunately. I'm not sure if we've got any in Canada...? I decided to do cupcakes because they're my new specialty. And I got a bunch of candy at the dollar store, like fuzzy peaches and clodhoppers! Haha. It's like a Willy fuckin' Wonka NYE all up in heeyah.
