I have nothing witty to say. Zip, nada, nothing.

Anyone else feeling the Wednesday blues?

Blues? I'm working at home, got my trip to the gym in this morning before work, have everything squared away for my father's visit tomorrow, have the car loaded with stuff for Goodwill, am off to a concert tonight, and a ballgame tomorrow (with BossAmy and a special guest appearance by Cousin Mel) and have a three day weekend.

If that's the blues, color me cobalt! ;)

D, your bedside manner is appaling. (btw, you and Amy at a ballgame? Oh, I *cannot* wait for Mels take on the festivities..well, if she decides to make them public anyway, lol.

And D (the owner of this post and the blues), lots of hugs to you. Yesterday I was in a funk, and felt the same exact way. Watch tomorrow you'll probably find a $5 bill on the street and get flirted with on your way to the store.

Actually, the intent was to inspire that Wednesday - smack in the middle of the week - was no day to be blue. It's the gateway to the magic and wonder of the rest of the week. Tuesdays? Tuesdays suck ass, and we should all be in sackcloth and ashes on Tuesdays. mar my words, the world will end on a Tuesday. Probably in March. But Wednesdays should be celebrated, even if it's celebrating being halfway home to laziness, sleeping in, blowing large wads of cash atthe mall, what have you. If I came off as ill-mannered, twas certainly not my intent.

And as for Chez Ballgame, don't expect much - Al the VP is along as well (it is, technically, a work function). But even if there are fireworks, Mel is sworn to secrecy. I know stuff...

Muhah-hah-hah-hah-hah!
