Just for clarification, "dark femmeslash" does refer to the subject matter, not to the characters, correct? So one could write pairings such as, say, Hermione/Ginny, so long as there's abuse or trauma or something similar involved?
Apologies if that seems like an obvious question...

That's perfectly okay! Fics can be any rating, so writing about their relationship without sex is fine :)

I've advertised in a few comms already, but I wanted to save the main promo when sign-ups were open :) Thank you for the multi-fandom comms though, they're very helpful!

Hiya, what a fabulous idea :D I have a question that I hope isn't too stupid :) When you say six pairings/characters, does that mean six pairings (which might include characters repeated) or any number of pairings that includes at least six characters, or something else? Since the fest doesn't include gen I wasn't sure how to interpret the 'character' part.

Thanks :) No, it's not stupid at all! It means six pairings (where some characters are repeated, such as Lily/Narcissa, Minerva/Narcissa) :) It was just in case there were characters people wanted to see in the fic too, but I've adjusted the sign up form slightly to make it clearer :)
