After leaving the store, and going shopping for a while, Charlie walked Ginny back to the store. He hoped to find the twins, see how they are doing, but when they got there, a brunette was there, helping a costumer.
Katie, he learned from Ginny, but the name meant little. Then again, after ten years away, most names meant little to Charlie.
He decided to wait for a while, and see if Fred and George would come back. He sat on a counter, careful that he wouldn't damage anything, and watched the girl. Sure, he didn't like women, but he enjoyed studying people, just like he used to sit and watch dragons' behaviour.
