Draco had worked all day, finishing up everything Severus had told him to do. He owed it to the man after disappearing without so much of an explanation (not that getting drunk with Potter was an explanation that would make Severus feel better). Finally, having completed his last task, he Apparated to Kent ( Read more... )

Theo had left early, apparating out of the country to go shopping. He was tired of all of his clothing. After spending an enterating afternoon at Custo in Barcelona he grabbed a pastry and apparated to Kent. He went to a guest bedroom, figuring Draco would be in his, and slipped into low, tight trousers and a white on white sleeveless T that fitted him like skin. He threw a plan black robe on over the whole thing, in case Draco wanted to dine first.

"Are you ready," he asked, throwing open his door.

"I would expect that there would be screams and swooning. At least I'd be insulted if there wasn't. Pansy would pout and demand to know why I didn't take her with me if I was going shopping. Blaise would try to hump my leg. I'd probably end up with detention." Theo grinned and bit his lip in flirty fashion as they started walking down the lane. "Are you suggesting that I try it?"

The lava stones under his shoes felt uneven and unusual as they walked, and another time he'd have complained for the hell of it, but at the moment he was too amused by Theo's predictions. "I'd imagine that'd be a lot of screaming right before the fainting," he teased. "You'd kill a few people, heart failure, please do try it. Possibly in the Great Hall, however make sure the Weaslette and the Mudblood are with their respective special others. I don't want to get Pansy to kill them. It would really spoil my plans."

Theo laughed. "You think one of them would push Blaise out of the way?" He wrapped an arm around Draco's waist. "Care to pick uot and outfit for me? I can stroll into breakfast tomorrow, bag in hand, completely nonchalant."

"Something a bit less obvious than this, because McGonagall might hex you across the Great Hall." Draco grinned, wondering why they weren't doing this more often. It felt good and normal, and it made him remember the first times they had gone out together. "Blaise is a tough one, but the Weaslette is sneaky. I wouldn't put her past her to hex him, and blame another Slytherin."

"Nah, I think Ms. Weasley is well and truly over me. I've been consigned to the realm of dark and scary. Hermione, however, could likely move Blaise. She's better with a wand than he is." Theo smiled. "So you don't think I'd be in danger of mcGonagall whistling then? That is good. I'm not sure my heart could take the shock."
