And I intend to Kate. My son may be two but he already says 'thank you' when you hand him things. My children will know better.

Possibly because I constantly mock and ridicule people like the Pussy Cat Dolls and Paris Hilton as wastes of skin and air that could be better employed as, for example, anything.
